The Alfresco / Entertainment area embraces the wide frontage of The Homestead. While having the charm of colonial home, it uses modern materials to enhance its appearance and bring it into today. A large double carport is situated at the back of the home, creating a long, unobstructed view at the front of the home.
The entry leads into the open plan living area which includes the kitchen, meals and family room or off the other side to the private master suite. The living area provides vistas to the outdoors, creating the perfect home for entertaining. With this design, we have maximised views over the acreage property.
The Homestead is zoned into two living spaces with an adult’s wing with access to the dining and lounge area at one end, and the bedrooms and activity room in the other wing.
When designing the Homestead, we incorporated some luxury items as well as accommodating the needs of a family. The spacious walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, the large walk-in pantry in the kitchen along with spacious bathrooms and laundry.
